MAGENTA FX is the creative practice of Magenta Watts

I'm a Melbourne-based multidisciplinary artist and maker working across SFX makeup, prosthetics, creature design, illustration, sculpture, puppet making, mask making, and wig styling. With a creative practice rooted in drawing and sculpture, I have had a lifelong love of bringing wacky concepts to life. MAGENTA FX is a space where these different creative disciplines come together.

This website is a showcase of my work as an artist, as well as a place to connect, collaborate and create. I work freelance and am available for SFX and prosthetic makeup work, creative projects and commissions. This website is also a space to explore and purchase original artwork, handmade badges, stickers and other creations made through the MAGENTA FX studio.
